Gifts from the Ladies Auxiliary over the years
The Ladies Auxiliary, disbanded this past month from apparent lack of interest among the then current members, has been most generous in a consistent manner over the past eleven years. It’s only fitting that a list of those gifts be published in the form of an obituary and as an expression of loss to the Club. Some of the gifts were major gifts and others were small, but ALL, every one of them, were gifts and appreciated as such.
Prior to 1983 and not listed below, the Ladies Auxiliary presented the Club with a suit of Flying Scot Sails for the Lipton and also presented the Club with china and silverware.
