Bay St. Louis, Hancock County, Mississippi, was	held in the City	Hall	of said	City	on
Monday, March 4, 1963, at 10:00 o'clock a. m.

The minutes of the last previous meeting were read, and upon motion duly made and seconded, were approved and adopted as read.	,

Upon motion duly made and seconded, Walter Saucier was appointed Fire Chief to replace Frank Quintini, resigned, effective March 15, 1963, with a monthly increase in salary of ten ($10.00) dollars to cover additional duties to be assigned him.
