At said sale, the said Peoples Federal Savings and Loan Association bid for the said land the sum of $500.00, which being the highest and beat bid received said land was struck off and declared sold to said Association; and it having paid the amount of said bid, said Trustee now hereby conveys said land to said Peoples Federal Savings and Loan Association.
