A.	HENRY "SMITH? FAVRE b 12/4/1887 (OLG BB 2 p 256). In 1904 age 17 and a minor, he sold land in Waveland (Hanco Case #1201). This case states his father was deceased at the time. I was told that he had a leg amputated due to an accident in Logtown and died from the operation as a young man and without children.
B.	EMMANUEL JOSEPH "EMMITT" FAVRE b 1/4/1885 (OLG BB 2
p 216) and I was told that he was scalded to death in an accident in Logtown when young and had no children.
C.	CATHERINE "ELIZA" FAVRE b 10/25/1891 (OLG BB 3 p 9) and I was told that she was accidently shot and killed by one of her brothers when she was a young girl.

MATHILDE ELINA "ALEMA" FAVRE b 12/16/1828 bp 7/16/1829 at Bay St. Louis (SLC BB 13 p 91 A 395), d/o Francois Favre and Eulalie Ladeniere (Ladner) grandparents shown as Baptiste Favre/ Susanne Fayard and Jacques Ladeniere and Louise LaFontaine. Godparents shown as Andre Favre and Mathilde Ladeniere. The Ladner Odyssey identifies her as 2BC2C Mathilda Elina "Alema" Favre d/o 2BC2 Rose "Eulalie" Ladner and Francois Favre.
Her marriage record is :
"MAXIMILIEN BOURGEOIS, w/dispensation of 4? consanguinity^ married May 19, 1849 to ELEYNA FAVRE. Wit: Bernard Bourgeois and Victor Ladner." OLG MB 1 p 3 A 18
The Ladner Odyssey, p 127, identifies him as 1HC1 Maximi-lien "Ducre" Bourgeois, Jr. b 5/1/1828 (SLC BB 13 p 90) s/o 1HC Maximilien Bourgeois and Marthe Ladner. In the old "Bourgeois Diary", an entry states "Mrs. Ducre Bourgeois died on May 29, 1920 at 1:00 o'clock in the evening on a Saturday". OLG Record of Interments, p 49, states "Bourgeois, age 90, died May 29, 1920". Living family members confirm this entry and say she died of pneumonia. Her grandchildren remember her well and say that she was a dark-skinned woman with high cheekbones and small hands. They said these features were due to her "one-fourth Choctaw Indian blood". While she is remembered as a "good Catholic" she was somewhat of an oddity because she was one of the few females of that time who smoked a pipe! While she is remembered as speaking English, French and some Indian, she could neither read nor write. The family lived in the Waveland, Miss, area where they died and are buried, without headstones, in the Cedar Rest Cemetery. They had 7 children to reach maturity, Marie Celina died as the result of childbirth, and the remaining 6 are listed in Hanco Deed Book 7 at pages 260/268.
A.	MARIE CELINA "CELENA" BOURGEOIS (1HC1A) b 3/26/1850 bp 6/2/1850 (OLG BB 1 p 11 A 78) buried in Cedar Rest Cemetery, w/headstone stating "Born March 26, 1850 Died March 19, 1882". She married, w/dispensation of 3 consanguinity May 4, 1871 OSCAR ROMAIN CARVER (1BF5A) s/o 1BF5 Pierre "Peter" Carver and 1HA 2 Mary "Nazile" Bourgeois (OLG MB 1 p 90 A 262).
