Mggpraa updates petition status for Rotary Club r*y fellow Rotarians: Dick Shadoln asked me yesterday to give you a brief report on the activities of our Citizens* Group, of which I am chairman, and what we are doing toward a petition recently circulated seeking to bring to a vote an issue. The issue, as you already know is: Will it be better for Bay St. Louis to keep its present form of government, or should the Mayor-Counoilinen form of government be used. The assignment appealed to me. I am a retired person with a back-pxound of experiences whioh enable me to help with this work. Also, being retired, I have some free time to devote to this useful uurpose. In addition, I have lived in this community for more than X3X thirteen years and own a home here. My first objective was to try
