The srall house on this Lot was originally servant’s quarters
and located to the rear of the E. F. Larroux house and at that tire lt was only two roors with a porch across the front.
Durinr the 1920s, the then owner, Hr. Stream, had Peter Boudin, a contractor, to rove this small house to the East and south side cf Lot 120 where lt is todSy. mhe house was turned sideways and the porch enclosed. During the following years additions have been race.
