Proctorville, Lake Borgne fishing grounds, are nearly completely njojiopolized by Spanish fishermen vho form a sort of clan and manage to run out all the other fishermen.
There are also at present some chinamen or Malays — more properly natives of Manila, between vhom and the Spaniards some jealousy exists.
