A “lazy river” feature will carry floaters from the tower complex around a marina and back again, he said. L & M Land L.L.C., a partnership between Kirk land Keith Ladner and Stewart Juneau will bring two high rise towers to South Beach Blvd. just west of Lakeshore. Towers will be 23 and 29 stories high and hold 281, one, two and three bedroom condo units. The grounds will be elaborately landscaped with a pool between the towers, Keith Ladner said. Both projects will feature balcony views and be built to reflect the style of the area, Kirk said. Both men said they feel that the projects will bring added prosperity to the area, rather than the ruin predicted by some. “Everything the community needs they will need more of, so this will bring more work for everyone,” said Keith.
