Jett Bros Contracting Company entering into bond on the full amount of said bid to wit:	in the sum of $24989.00, payable to the Board of Supervisors of Hancock
County, Mississippi with good sureties, conditioned according to law and that said court house will be built and completed within eight months from this day.
And it is further ordered that said The Jett Bros Contracting Co. be allowed thirty days in which to give said bond and that the said bond may be given in some guarantie company doing business in this state, and that upon the approval and filing of said bond, the certified check of $500.00 attached to said proposal be returned to the said The Jett Bros Contracting Co.
Pursuant to the legal notice giving proof thereof being made and filed the contract for the moving of the court house and clerks vault was this day cried out by the clerk of the board and after sundry bids being made, it appearing that the bid of Napoleon Caron for the sum of $650.00 is the lowest bid made for said contract, and the same being considered by the board and the time for adjournment having arrived, it is ordered	that the further	consideration	of
said	bid be continued until to-morrow morning	9 o'clock.
The assessment roll of personalty for the year 1910 being under consideration and the examination of said roll not being concluded, it is ordered that the further examination and consideration of same be continued until to-morrow morning 8:30 o'clock.
Ordered that board adjourn until to-morrow morning 8:30 o'clock
