The next Grand Ariuual CWmiunication of this Grand Lodge will be Held on the third Monday in January next.
Copies of the amendments to your By-Laws, if any, should be sent up, for approval by the Grand Lodge.
Ail who arc raised in your Lodge are considered Members, unless otherwise noted, and should be placed in the list of Members, as well as those who arc admitted and reinstated.

Those who have died, or have been expelled or suspended and not reinstated, during the year, should not be returned as members.	.

No change which occurs after the 27th December, is to be noted in the Returns for the present year, but will
properly belong to the Return for next year.
