BILOXI POUNDKEEPER PROBLEMS
Biloxi,	Miss., Oct. 25, 1902	—
The Board is having all	sorts	of problems	vith	the	Poundkeeper
problem. It has been a difficult matter to get anyone to accept the position, and one vho does undertake the job finds it so disagreeable the trust is soon surrendered.
Some days ago a nev appointment vas made and he has been having a rocky road to travel. While coralling some goats and hogs in the eastern part of the city, he vas attacked vigorously by men, vomen and children, vho pelted him vith rocks, bricks and very sulphurous language, and he vas glad to release his catch and get	avay without serious	bodily injury.
In	addition to this the	Pound	has been	broken	open	several
times and the stock impirsoned thhre released.
