Ladnar, towitt" Whereas His Eonor the Ifeyor has caused to he Issued a certain warrant Ko.03 dated July 26th for the sum of $ 259,59 without authority and wliereas said warrant was issued not only without the approval of, but against the written protest of the Chairman of the FinanceConmitteo whioh is herewith S'.ib-Sitted. Be it resolved that the Board views this illegal action with groat concern as establishing a dangerous precedent, ana that said warrant be and is hereby declared mill and void", and on the motion to adopt said resolution Aid. Shropshire and Ladner voted Aye, and Aid. Toulme and Robira voted Ho. and the resolution was defeated. Aid.
