I.	Reuben Weidman - born in 1851 based on his age in the 1860 census of
Middleburgh, NY where he was living with his parents as the oldest child. He also appears in the 1870 census of Middleburgh as age 19 with his parents. In the 1880 census of Broome, Schoharie Co., NY, he is listed with wife, Mary, age 18 and son, Jerome, age 1 mo. Reuben married Mary F. Butler on May 18, 1879 as listed in a local weekly newspaper in Catskill, NY called "The Recorder." He died in 1890, and both he and his wife are buried in the Cascade Valley Cemetery in Windsor,	NY. In	the 1900 census of Windsor,	Broome	Co., is listed
William D. Brown	(1836), wife, Mary F. Brown	(1859)	with four Brown
children and four "step-children" - Jerome F. Weidman, Libbie Weidman, Dora E. Weidman, and John J. Weidman. These are no doubt the widow and children of Reuben Weidman.
A.	Jerome F. Weidman - born April 1880
B.	Libbie Weidman - born January 1884
C.	Dora E.	Weidman - born December 1886
D.	John J.	Weidman - born June 1888
II.	Ezra A.	Weidman	- born April 8, 1852 as previously	covered
III.	Mary E.	Weidman	- born in 1857 as listed in	the 1860 census of
Middleburgh, NY where she was living with her family. She is listed in the 1880 census of Gallupville, Schoharie Co., NY at age 24 (1856). She is living in the home of John Hotaling and family. Also living in this family	is "Almond Weidman" and both	are	listed	as "laborer".	The
obituary of	her sister, Hannah Castle is	found	in	the January	30,	1940
edition of the Albany-Schenectady Gazette, Schenectady,	NY.	It	says
Hannah was the widow of Lucius Castle and was	the	"sister	of	Mrs.	Mary
E.	Wilber, Mrs. Frank Vogel, George Weidman, and the late Almon and Ezra Weidman." Based on this obituary, Mary was still alive as of January 30, 1940. In the 1880 census of Smithfield, Madison County, NY, we find William Wilber, age 27 and Mary Wilber, 21 and no children. In the 1892 state census of same town, we find William E. Wilber and wife, Mary J. Wilber, with "son", Harry Wilber, age 16.
The 1900 census has them again in the same town as William Wilber born December 1852, wife Mary Wilber born June 1857, and "adopted son", Harry Wilber born December 1888. In the 1910 census of the same town, there is William E. Wilber, age 57 and Mary J. Wilber, age 54 with no children and a Charles Spencer, 57, "handyman" living in the home. Mary's brother, George Weidman, has a granddaughter, Helene Weidman Lawrence that still lives in that part of NY, and she told us she never heard any of the family speaking of any "Wilber" cousins. With this we can safely assume Mary Weidman Wilber had no descendants.
IV.	Hannah Weidman - born on June 18, 1857 in Huntersland, NY based on her NY death certificate. While the death certificate gives her year of
43
