Our genealogist is anxious to begin work and there's no way she will fcnov.'- where your family belongs' in this study unless you submit your individual family information. On the back of -my letter to you is a sample of the information we need. Add to that any other	information you may	want	included	in the book
as well as the	biographical sketch	requested. I	would also ask
that you send names and addir'esses of any family members who could not attend the	reunion. We need to get	in touch	with as many	as
possible to be	able to project how	many	Books we	will need to	have
printed when the time comes.
A trust fund is being set up with the First National Bank in Picayune, MS'. to handle money collected to pay for the book. Mrs. Hilda Hoffmann and I: will be trustees of the fund. Your cancelled check will be proof of deposit. If the book costs more than the $20.00' deposit, you may remit the remainder at the time you get your book. If the cost is less, your money will be refunded.
