VI.	Johann Franz ?Joseph?	Sengerling - born on October 23, 1766 and has already been
covered. While this was	his full name as listed on his Baptismal Record, he usually
went by ?Joseph.? His family will be covered later in this paper.
VII.	Johann Franz Sengerling	- bom on August 6, 1769 in Gehrden. He died there on
December 8, 1853 at age 84. He married on May 12, 1793 to Anna Maria Eggers. Children born in Gehrden were:
A.	Johann Joseph Sengerling - born September 14, 1793
B.	Anna Maria Elisabeth Sengerling - born February 5, 1795 and died October 11, 1795
C.	Anna Maria Elisabeth Sengerling - born October 24, 1796 and died April 13, 1801
D.	Eva Maria Gertrud Sengerling - born February 21, 1799
E.	Maria Catharina Franzisca Sengerling - bom November 13, 1801
Bartholomaus Sengerling?s parents were Johannes Zangerly and Maria Agnes Piper. Johannes was born in Kappel, Tirol Province, Austria in 1687 based on his church death notice in Gehrden. This record says he died on December 20, 1757 at age 70. There is some speculation as to who his parents were, but nothing positive as of this date. The most common spellings of his name in Kappel are ?Zangerl, Zangarle, Zangarli, and Zangerlin.? Johannes Zangerly married Maria Agnes Piper in Gehrden on September 28, 1710. She died there in October of 1734. Her parents were Conrad Piper and Maria Even. Conrad Piper (also spelled Pipers) was bom in Gehrden in 1643 and married Maria Even in Gehrden on February 23, 1673. Maria Even was born in Gehrden in 1658. Johannes Zangerly and Maria Agnes Piper had the following children bom in Gehrden, Germany:
I.	Johann Wilhelm Zangerly - bom on June 21, 1711. He married	on February 12,	1736
to Eva Maria Todt in Gehrden. They had at least one child, Johannes Sengerling	who
was bom on December 27, 1736. This line extends down to Johannes Joseph Lang who was born on May 2, 1905. He lives in Marburg/Lahn, Germany and has done a lot of research on our Zengerling ancestors. He sent us a number of records in 1986 and a well drawn chart to show our relationship. We are indebted to him for all of his help.
