unto the TRUSTEES OF THE MORNING STAR BAPTIST CHURCH OF BAY ST.
LOUIS, MISSISSIPPI, and their successors in office, the following
described property located in Hancock County, Mississippi, and more
particularly described as follows, to-wit:
The East 50 feet of Lot 179,' Third Ward, .City of Bay St. Louis, Hancock County, Mississippi, as per the official plat thereof made by E. S. Drake, C. E., and filed in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Hancock County, Mississippi, on May 1, 1923*
Together with all and singular the rights, privileges, improvements and appurtenances to the same belonging or in any wise appertaining.
The above described property constitutes no part of the grantor?s homestead.
Taxes for the year 1954 are to be assumed by the grantee herein
