Dear Madam: Deferring to the award of compensation approved in your favor as the dependant mother of the late Theodore S. Price, which was discontinued effective as of July 19, 1918, the beginning date, for the reason that you were the recipient of pension, you are informed that in accordance with recent legislation the resumption of payments under your award has been authorized at the rate of $15.00 per month from July 19, 1918 to June 30, 1921, and ^20.00 per month as of July 1, 1921. As checks were formerly issued in your favor to cover payment to June 30, 1922, an adjustment was made in your account and a check for ^>760.00, representing the amount due to iuay 31, 1925 is being mailed to you at your address, 915 Opelinsas Avenue, Algiers, Louisiana.
