lived last in Bakersfield, CA. He served in the Army in WW11 from 1943 - 1946. Alvin married in Las Vegas, NV in 1941 to Virginia Robinson, and they later divorced. Virginia remarried to Martin Black and again to Jack Crum with no children by them. Alvin and Virginia had one son:
1.	James Alvin ?Buzz? Heitzmann - bom June 5, 1942 in Bakersfield. He was in
sales for most of his life. He died on Januaryl2, 2006 in Las Vegas, NV and his body was cremated. He first married Donna Varney Fuller on June 16, 1973 in Bellflower, CA. She had one child by a previous marriage. They divorced after a short time.
Buzz married a second time to Helene (maiden name unknown) who had been previously married with five children. Buzz and Helene had one son: a. Jerry Alvin Heitzmann - born on October 22, 1978 in Long Beach, CA . He died in that city on November 8, 1981 after he was accidentally run over by a truck while playing in his back yard. With the death of this child, this line of descendants carrying the Heitzmann name ended.
E.	Billie Jo ?Blackie? Heitzmann - bom on October 30, 1921 in Bakersfield, CA. She married Charles E. Sutton on December 1, 1946 in Bakersfield. She died on February 26, 2009 in Rohnert Park, CA. They had:
1.	Sandra Jo Sutton - bom on January 21, 1950 in Bakersfield. She married three times. First, to Richard Penn on June 28, 1969 in San Rafael, CA. Second, to Lloyd Miller and third, to Ted Maisel. She currently lives in Pleasanton, CA. By Penn, she had two children and by Miller, she had one son:

VII.	Ruth Marion Heitzmann - bom on December 29, 1894 in Bay St. Louis as listed in her parent's family bible. She married first, to Robert ?Bob? Bourgeois on August 14, 1911, second, to Charles L. Llewellyn on April 10,1914, and third, to William E. ?X? Hill on July 20, 1916 in El Passo, TX. She had no children and lived last in Eldorado, AK where she died on August 13, 1982. She is buried in the Arlington Cemetery in that city. Ruth had a falling out with her family and quit communicating with them for many years before her death. In November 1973, she wrote me a short letter saying she ?don't want company or phone calls.? That was the last contact she had with any of her relatives.
VIII.	James Robert Heitzmann - bom on March 17, 1897 in Bay St. Louis, MS and died there on June 28, 1897 as listed in the Jacob Heitzmann Family Bible. He is buried in Ceder Rest Cemetery and the wooden head-marker has decayed.
IX.	Myrtle Louise Heitzmann -bom on July 13, 1898 in Bay St. Louis as listed in her parent's family bible. At age 14, she move to New Orleans, LA to live with her sister, Lelia Heitzmann Crawford for two years. She moved back to Gulfport, MS with her parents and married there on January 14, 1917 to John Murphy Morris. She died in Gulfport on September 5, 1985 and is buried in the Evergreen Cemetery in Gulfport. By Morris she had:
