Mrs. Lamb was a native of New Orleans, LA, and had been a longtime resident of Bay St. Louis. She was of the Catholic faith and was a _ member of Our Lady of the Gulf Catholic Church in Bay St Louis. She retired from Hancock Bank after numerous years of service. She was a Hancock County Commissioner for Mental Health and Mental Retardation, Gulf Coast Mental Health Center, Region 13; President-Librarv Foundation of Hancock County, MS.; Member-Board of Directors, Hancock County Food Pantry, Hancock County, MS. She served as the First Woman President of the Hancock County Chamber of Commerce in 1V)7(i_ai)fl Past member of The Board of Governors, Bay-Waveland Yacht Club, Bay St. Lcti-is, MS. She was preceded in death by her parents, James Harold and Sylvia Norman Duncan; her husband, William R. Lamb; and two brothers, James Harold Duncan Jr. and W.H. Norman Duncan. Survivors include seven sons, William Duncan Lamb of Bay St. Louis, MS., Robert Norman Lamb of Houston, TX., Michael R. Lamb of New Orleans, LA, Shannon William Lamb of Pearlington, MS., Peter Eric Lamb of Bay St. Louis, MS., John Paul Lamb of Baton Rouge, LA, and James Kendall Lamb of Metairie, LA.; two daughters, Margaret L. Dutton of Bay St. Louis, MS., and Marie Therese Lamb of Pineville, LA.; a sister, Sylvia D. Macdonald of New Orleans, LA.; a brother-in-law, Shannon Robertson Lamb of Houston. TX.; and 16 grandchildren. A Mass will be held Thursday, June 10, 1999, at 10 a.m. at Our Lady of the Gulf Catholic Church in Bay St. Louis. Robert Eveleth Johnson Sr. Funeral: 3:30 p.m. Wednesday in the garden at Christ Episcopal Church in Bay St. Louis. □ KILN — Robert Eveleth Johnson, Sr. died November 5, 2000, at his home in Kiln, MS. Born in Nebraska and raised in California, Bob followed his father in the contracting business, and was a contractor for many years. He became a Mason in 1953, and moved his family to the Mississippi Gulf Coast in 1974. In World War II, Robert was a transport pilot trainer at Thunderbird Field in AZ. He held an FFA Commercial Pilot’s License. He was preceded in death by Odessa and Walter Johnson, parents; Roland Johnson, brother; and Donald Crump Johnson, son. He is survived by his wife of 59 years, Evelyn Crump Johnson; his children, Robert Eveleth Johnson, Timothy Crump Johnson, Debra Dawn Johnson; and his grandchildren, Carly Odessa Johnson and Yekaterina Johnson. A visitation will be held today, Wednesday, November 8, 2000 from 3 p.m. until service time at 3:30 p.m. at Christ Episcopal Church, Bay St Louis, MS. A Memorial Service will follow at 3:30 p.m. in the Garden at Christ Episcopal Church. Edmond Fahey Funeral Home in Bay St. Louis, MS is in charge of arrangements.
