Vendor Policies and Procedures
Booth space will be preassigned for your convenience and will be arranged according to the type of booth space required. BOOTH SPACE WILL BE RESERVED ON A FIRST COME FIRST SERVE BASIS.
Vendors may begin setting up at 7:00 a.m. and must be ready to start by 10:00 a.m.. All vehicles will be barred from the exhibit area at 9:00 a.m. Participants must provide their own booths, tables, chairs, and any display equipment they will need The rendezvous will be outdoors, so come prepared for the weather.
The Hancock County Historical Society reserves the right to reject any application for reasons it deems appropriate. It is agreed that the applicant holds the Casino Magic, Hancock. County Historical Society, and all sponsors of the Rendezvous, their officer and assigns, both individually and collectively, harmless from any liability caused by the negligence, carelessness and wanton act of the applicant, his agent, employee
or assign.
