Two appointed to V-P positions
Robert W. Breeden Jr., CPCU, was appointed senior vice president of Corroon & Black/Kessler, Boden-heimer Inc., insurance agency.
The company also announced that Irwin L. Cucullu was named vice president in the firm?s marine department.
Both men are graduates of the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy, Kings Point, N.Y., and worked as underwriters for the Marine Office of America.
New banking officer
Walter A. Alvarez was named banking officer of Jefferson Bank and Trust Co. He joined the bank in February and has been assigned to the Harvey office where his duties include commercial lending and business development.
