F.	McCormac of the Mississippi Grand Lodge issued a Dispensation February, 1882, to about 15 Master Masons, who had withdrawn from *Moses-jt'Co ok**Lo d gewLl’liwwhich was then domiciled at Gainesvl'Tl’e^Mis for the purpose of organizing the new Lodge at Pear<ldng.ton*^ijSS.
The Lodge operated under Dispensation for one year with the following officers:

A. E. Bullock	Treasurer
W. A. Brown	Secretary
The Grand Lodge issued the Charter on February 15, 1883.
