I would ask that you raise your hand if at any point in my lecture you could not hear me distinctly. I would ask, also, that you hold any questions and comments until the end of the trip when we would allocate a few minutes for a question and answer session. So — shall we pretend for the next twenty minutes that we are seated on a mini-bus. The day is sunny and pleasant with temperature at about seventy degrees.
