Report on Corrections to be made on 108 Cue St. Entitlement: Metal Roof
GENERAL DESCRIPTION: Was contacted recently about corrections from Charlene Black about problems with leaks on the roof on 108 Cue St. She stated that Mrs. Camille wanted to speak to me about this problem and that their had been other contractors and Code inspectors that have looked at this roof and had recommended certain things that needed to be done.
General Inspection evaluation:
A.	There is leak problem that exists in ( 2) area?s by the Kitchen and by the rear bathroom.
Corrected Problem: The valley flashing needs replacing and sheets of tin on both sides of the flashing area?s will have to replaced. Problem exists because water is coming underneath flashing. The problem exists at the rear of the house because the nails have backs out of ( 1 ) piece of tin. This piece of tin will be replaced.
B.	Ridge vents did not have the screws all the way down and this problem will be resolved by replacement.
C.	Tin allignment on rear of house needs corrected. This problem will be corrected and the correct allignment as to he original allignment design will be applied.
Any screw are nails that were not properly applied will be corrected upon closer inspection when corrections are applied.
All corrections will be made within ( 30 ) days upon proper notification.
Please contact Company and other correction measures will be applied until problem is resolved. For Maintenance Call Contact: Richard; 601-467-7653 or 601-928-1796 and a Maintenance Tech will be dispatched for inspection and correction of Problem that is under Warranty.
