I would also recommend to my executors, if they do not sell the Mill at Wolf River immediately, that they obtain the agreement of all the co-heirs, and keep the same at work, occupying thereon the negroes belonging to it and work up the logs as far as they can.

In the matter of an instrument of writing ) purporting to be the last Will & testament) of John B. Toulme deed, produced in said court)
for probate ) Be it remembered, that a term of the Court of Probates of Hancock County State of Mississippi, held at the Court house of said County, in the town of Gainesville on the Fourth Monday in October AD 1860 personally appeared in open Court Julius C. Monet, Napoleon Monet and John C. Colly the subscribing witnesses to the instrument in writiiig purporting to be the last Will and Testament of John B. Toulme' deceased late of said county, bearing date the Fourth day of August AD 1860 who having been first duly sworn on their respective oaths do say: That the said John B. Toulme signed his name to the nine pages composing said instrument to the Ne Venitue written in the margin, in their presence; and that he signed, sealed, the whole instrument on the Tenth page and published and declared said instrument as his last Will and Testament, in the presence of these deponents on the day of the date thereof; that said Testator was then of sound disposing mind and memory and more than Twenty one years of age; That these deponents subscribed said instrument as witnesses thereto at the instance and request and in the presence of said Testator, and also in the presence of each other, on the day and year aforesaid.

Bradford Clerk of the Court of Probates of said County do hereby certify that the Eight foregoing pages contain a true and a correct copy of Original last Will and Testament of John B. Toulme' deceased, and of the Probate thereof in said Court, as originally on file and recorded in my office, before said Original wastom up by federal troops on a visit by them to the town of Gainesville during the late war.
