The Board of Mayor and Aldermen of the City of Bay St. Louis net at the
City Hall In regular session on Tuesday, July 2nd, 1883. There were present:
Aug. Keller, Mayor
H.E. Shropshire, Aid Etienne Ladner, Isadora RotIra, C.F.McShan* Marshal,
Howard V. ffllklncon , Secy.
The nihuteo of tho previous meeting were read and on rot2.on of Aid. Shropshire seconded by Aid. Robira ^nd carried by the Board, were approved.
.Aid. Shropshire moved that the action of the Mr.yor In his aotion in regard ton/ the ???????????•>? and costs obtained in the Circuit Court against C.H. McShan in obtaining the opinion of Attorney R. 3eal thereon and In causing a yf warrant to Issue for amount of said Judgment and costs $ 88.80 Dollars be ap^-proved. Aid. Robira seconded the motion and on the question being submitted all Alf. voted Aye and the motion ms declared adopted.

of the Mayor in coming a warrant to issue for amount of $ 80.92 Dollars for pa ymcnt of Street pay roll for work and labor on streets and bridges, be appr*or\ ed. Aid. Ladner seconded the motion and on the question being submitted all Aid, voted Aye and th9 motion was declared adopted.

That said election be held in accordance with Section 2nd of the Charter, with the exception of the date above mentioned, "nd that His Excellency, the Governor, be requested to appoint and comr.lesion the party chosen at said elec# tion” Aid. Robira seconded the notion and the question being submitted, all \ld. voted Aye and the Mayor declared the same adopted*1
