LOT AREA: The total horizontal area included within the lot lines. LOT CORNER: A lot oi: which at least, two (2) adjoining sides abut for their full length on public streets. LOT DEPTH: The average distance from the street right-of-way line to the rear lot line, measured along the side lines of the lot. LOT, DOUBLE FRQMTAGE: A lot wnich runs through a block from street to street, and has two opposite sides abutting on two or more streets. LOT, FRONTAGE: That measurement of a lot abutting on a public street, measured along the street right-of-way line from side lot line to side lot line. (Structures on comer lots fronting on a particular street shall be deemed to have frontage on that street.) LOT, INTERIOR: A lot other than a comer lot. LOT LINES: The lines bounding a lot as defined herein. LOT LINE, FRONT: In the case of an interior lot, the line separating said lot from the street. In the case of a comer or double frontage lot, the line separating said lot from the street which tne house will face, to be determined from the request for a Building Permit. LOT LINE, REAR: The lot boundary opposite and most distant from the front lot line. In the case of a pointed or irregular lot, it shall be an imaginary line parallel to and farthest from the front lot line. LOT LINE, SIDE: The side lot line is the property boundary line between the front anil rear lot lines. LOT OF RECORD: A lot, the plat or deed or act of sale of whidi has been recorded in the office of the Chancery Clerk for Hancock County prior to the official adoption of this Zoning Ordinance. LOT WIDTH: The width of a lot at the front building setback line, measured along the street right-of-way line. LOW-RISE APARTNiENTS: A multiple dwelling not more than three (3) stories in height. MOBILE HOME: A single - family dwelling containing a kitdien and toilet which is designed for transportation after fabrication on streets and highways on its own wheels or on a flatbed to a site where it is to be occupied as” a dwelling and at which sue it arrived complete and ready for occupancy, except for minor and incidental unpacking and assembly operations, location on jacks or permanent foundations, connection to utilities and the like. Mobile homes are considered structures for the purpose of this Ordinance when they are parked in a mobile home park. Small camp or weekend type trailers are not mobile homes and they are deemed vehicles but not dwellings or structures.
