appropriated for the purpose of building a school house on the rear of the front lot of Etienne Ladner in the City of Bay St. ■Ljouis and that said money be paid to Etianne Ladner, Provided that said Etienne Ladner shall agree that said school house shall be used exclusively for school purposes for five years from this date. Provided further that if Etienne Ladner sell said land containing said school house he shall at the date of asle pay into the City Treasury the sum of Forty Dollars so appropriated.
