The next morning Fred called his attorney and had his entire trust fund transferred to Papa and Mama. Then he waited until after work and went to tell them about it. It was hard for them to believe it.
For about a year Fred visited Chandra almost every day.
She soon she was trying to walk, getting into everything, and growing like a weed. Mama was beginning to look tired. It must be very hard on her, having to run a business and take care of Chandra. Fred knew it was time for him to take charge.
