I have collected and continue to collect any Maritime advertisements and info in the New Orleans and Mobile papers that cover the “Lake ” aka Mississippi Sound.

New Orleans Times advertisement, Apr 9, I860 1860 - Lakeshore Packets - Winter Arrangements -
The splendid low pressure packet steamers ALABAMA, A. P. Boardman master, FLORIDA, A. L. Myers master, and
CUBA, James Hopkins master, built expressly for the Lake trade, with superior accommodations, will make trips and landings as follows, unless prevented by bad weather, high or low water, want of fuel, or some accident to boat or machinery. Leaving the Lake end of the Pontchartrain Railroad Daily, on the arrival of the 3 Vi P. M. train of cars, for Mobile, stopping at Pascagoula on Saturdays.
Returning will stop at Pascagoula, Pass Christian and Bay St. Louis on Mondays and Thursdays.
Cabin passage: $5.00 —- Deck $1.50 — Negroes, in lots of five and over $1.00 —
Cabin fare from Pascagoula $4.00 Children and servants $2.00	— Deck $1.50 —

The Way Mail Bag for Mobile only will leave the office of the agent promptly at 3 o’clock P. M.
Freight for Pascagoula will be received on Friday and Saturday.
