[Discovery Bay Plans To Rebuild Facilities
j Pat Boone, Hollywood singer land film star and vice president of The Wendell West Co., has assured residents and property owners of Discovery Bay that the company would rebuild facilities damaged during Hurricane Camille.

This is his second visit to the; Coast for the developing compa- j ny which is headquartered at Seattle, Wash. A large crowd gathered under a show tent, [erected among several house trailers which presently	are.

■	offices, to hear Boone talk and entertain with songs which [made him famous in show business.
“Although a lot of damage has been done,” Boone told his audience, “fortunately the buildings are still here, the land is still here along with the Palms. We can rebuild.”
Three barges were washed ashore at Discovery Bay, causing some damage Boone quipped “we have a lot o£
; scrap metal around here.”

thing has gotten us down. . .there are many flags flying around and we’re going to rebuild. And because of Cam-ille, we’re going to do this more j rapidly than before,” he added, j An estimated 50 per cent of
the lots for development at Discovery Bay are still available a spokeman for Boone said. “Since the hurricane, we’ve gotten lots of letters from people who want to build right now," he said.
