OLD KEY HOME TO BE REMODELLED AS NUCLEUS
Plans for restoration and remodelling of the old O.J. Key home on deMontluzin Avenue as the first seven units of an eventual 40-unit luxury apartment development were announced this week by L.L. Ker-gosien and Son, relators.
The property is being acquired Ly Gironde Corp., an out of town development group, with Henry G. Grimball of New Orleans as architect.
Work is expected to start in mid-summer on the Key home which was built on a Spanish land grant in the last century. The bous« and	cover
