State of Mississippi, Hancock County........In consideration of One Dollar and the natural love and affection I have for my wife,Alice E.Uniacke,I George E.Pitche: sole heir at law of my deceased wife,Frances M.Pitcher,hereby convey and warrant to the said ALICE E.UNIACKE PITCHER a certain lot of land, with its rights and appurtenances,situated in the first ward of the City of Bay St Louis,Hancock County,State of Mississippi,and described as follows: First Lot:having a front on the western bank or waters edge of the Bay of St Louis,and running back between parallel lines 75 feet, more or less,apart,on a course north 70? west,to the eastern line of th Front Street.This lot may be knflwn as Lot 331,first ward,as per a revis official map of said city filed in the office of the clerk of the chanc y court of said county,on June 2,1913. Second Lot: having a front on th western line of Front Street,and running back between parallel lines 75 feet,more or less,apart,on a course north 70? west,to the eastern line of Dunbar Avenue.This lot may be known as Lot 330,first ward,as per sai city map.The north and south lines of this lot are continuations of sim ilar lines of said first lot.The above described land is bounded on the north by lands of Crowell and Jones,and south by lands now owned by C.M Giering.Being the same land conveyed by Rita L.Breath to Frances M.Pitc er,by deed dated March 28,1905,recorded in Vol.A-9,pages 400-401,record of deeds of said county.All of the furniture,house furnishing goods,bed ding,table,china,and silverware,and kitchenware,and everything pertaining to its furnishing in and about the buildings on said premises,is in eluded in and made a part of this conveyance.
