Owing to the fever in our city, it was impossible to call on our friends of the Press before retiring, having to march to our Engine House without music.
The boys of No. 1 are delighted with their trip and loud in their expression of thanks to the people of Biloxi for the many acts of kindness shown them, and if the opportunity ever offers to return the compliment, they will find us ever truly "Volunteers.”
