Also a part of the Pasture at Point Clear belonging to me valued at $200.00. The negro man named Francois valued at $1000.00, Heis indegtedness to me amounting on the 1st. of August 1800, to the sura of $2900.00. Toulme is to account to his co-heirs for the interest on the sum of $2900.00 at 6 per cent pre ann. from the 1st. of August I860, Sixth: I give and bequeath unto my daughter Mary Virginia Girard, tha two lots of land in the said City of Shieldsborough and the improvements thereon lying on the South side and adjoining to "Main street n together with all the land remaining unsold along the south side of Main Street in the rear of said two lots of land,valued at $5000.0< also the lot of land in said city lying on the bank near the Louisianna Wharf with the improvements thereon known as the Mississippi Exchange valued at $800*00.
