Registrations for the first annual reunion of members and guests of the Orphan Train Heritage Society of America, Inc., are arriving daily at Society headquarters.
Saturday, October 8,1988, is the day set for meeting and getting to know each other. However, a side trip to Eureka Springs, AR, is planned for Friday afternoon and evening, Oct.
7,1988.	To arrange for transportation to and from Eureka Springs, we need to have your registration before August 25,1988.
If you have not received reunion information, please write and let us know.
A registration fee of $3.00 will cover the expenses of the Saturday meeting, but does not include lunch.
Your registration receipt number may be your “lucky” number as 35 door prizes will be given away. You must be present to win.
Books written by Joan Lowery Nixon will be for sale at the reunion and Joan plans to be present to autograph your copy.
A post-reunion visit to “Northfork Ranch” for “Chef L’Roy’s” cook-out will take place at noon, Sunday, October 9,1988.
This final get-together will give each and everyone an opportunity to see exactly how the research for OTHSA is being handled as the files are presently in the Johnson home.
Please join us for the first annual reunion of OTHSA. As we say here in the south, “Y’all come.”
