Piner, Rebecca - August 14, 1998
Rebecca Ann Piner, 51, of Bay St. Louis, died Friday, Aug 14, 1998, in Bay St. Louis.
Mrs. Piner was a native of New Orleans and had been a resident of Bay St. Louis since 1992. She was of the Pentecostal faith and was a homemaker.
She was preceded in death by her father, John William Maguire, Jr.
Survivors include her husband, Howard Piner; three sons, Charles Arnold Engel, Charley Chan Engel and John Lee Engel; a daughter, Nora Jean Sewell, all of Bay St. Louis, her mother, Louise Maquire of Memphis, five brothers, Roland Maguire of LaPlace, La., Willie Maguire of Ferriday, La; Larry Maguire of Ida, La., Gary Maguire of Memphis and Lee Maguire of Garryville, La; a sister, Carol Maguire of New Orleans, five stepsons, Howard Piner Jr. And Jon Piner, both of Jackson, Eric Piner of Senatobia, James Piner and Charles Piner, both of Memphis; three stepdaughters, Shelley Piner of New Orleans, Joan Pevey of Jackson and Carla Piner of Vardaman; and 11 grandchildren.
Graveside services were conducted Friday in St. Joseph Cemetery at Rotten Bayou.
Edmon Fahey Funeral Home in Bay St. Louis was in charge of arrangements.
