Albro, Emelda Augusta Gabler - April 24, 1999
Emelda Augusta Gabler Albro, 82, of Diamondhead, died Saturday, April 24, 1999, in Bay St. Louis.
Mrs. Albro was a past member of 11th Ward Ladies Social Club and a member of Annunciation Catholic Church in Kiln. She was a native of New Orleans and a resident of Diamondhead for three years.
She was the daughter of the late Fred and Anna Gaabler; wife of the lae John J. Albro, Sr.; mother of John J. and Donald E. Albro and Gloria Jean Simoneaux; sister of the late William and Jake Bagler and Deloris Gates.
Survivors also include six grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
A Funeral Mass was celebrated Monday in Leitz-Eagan Funeral Home Chapel, Metairie, followed by interment in Greenwood Mausoleum,
Riemann Funeral Home in Bay St. Louis was in charge of local arangements.
