Serges, Mrs. Auguste - June 20, 1896
A good and worthy soul has gone to its heavenly abode. Saturday evening, Mrs. August Serges, aged 74 years, died after a long illness, and was buried Sunday afternoon. Madame Auguste, as she was familiarly called, was long and well known, a good woman and a devout member of the Catholic Church, dying a good and noble Christian, the life she had always lived. Peace to ashes.
