Tartaglia, Francis S. - February 13, 1997
Francis S. Tartaglia, 83, of Bay St. Louis, died February 13 [1997] in Bay St. Louis.
Mr. Tartaglia was a retired music teacher. He was from Morristown, N. J. and lived in New Orleans and Bay St. Louis for the past 50 years.
He taught at numerous Catholic schools in the New Orleans area. He was a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars and the American Legion Post 125.
Survivors include his wife, Kathryn Wheeler Tartaglia; a daughter, Kathryn Dunaway; two sons, Francis A. and Anthony F. Tartaglia; two foster daughters, Lina Scully and Sandra Sakwa; two brothers, Anthony and Frederick Tartaglia; nine grandchildren and a great-grandchild.
A memorial service will be conducted Saturday, Feb 22, 4 p.m. at St. Ann Catholic Church, Lower Bay Road in Clermont Harbor.
