Fayard, Lillian L.  -  April 9, 1973

Mrs. Lillian Ladner Fayard died at 8:20 p.m., April 9 at Hancock General Hospital.

A native and life-long resident of Bay St. Louis, Mrs. Fayard was the daughter of the late Alcide and Cecile Seube Ladner. She was a retired operator for Southern Central Bell Telephone Company; a member of Our Lady of the Gulf Catholic Church, Woodmen of the World and Pioneers Club of Southern Central Bell Telephone Company.

Survivors include her husband, Herman (Pete) Fayard, Bay St. Louis; four sisters, Mrs. T.L. (Alcide) James, Pass Christian; Mrs. H.L. (Esther) Witter, Long Beach, Miss.; Mrs. Jack (Mabel) Bosarge, Biloxi, and Mrs. J.T. (Matilda) Wimprine, Bay St. Louis; three brothers, Delmas Ladner, Hattiesburg; Russell Ladner, Mobile; and Nolan Ladner, Bay St. Louis.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. today from Riemann-Fahey Funeral Home followed by religious rites at 11:15 at Our Lady of the Gulf Catholic Church. Interment will be in Southern Memorial Park, Biloxi.
