Stechmann, Juanita Ward - February 12, 1979
Mrs. Juanita Ward Stechmann, 69, 125 State St., Bay St. Louis, died Monday afternoon in Hancock General Hospital at Bay St. Louis, Mrs. Stechmann, lifelong resident of Bay St. Louis, was born Nov. 7, 1910. She was a member of the Hancock County Historical Society and Our Lady of the Gulf Catholic Church.
Mrs. Stechmann is survived by her husband, Karl Stechmann, Bay St. Louis; one son, Harry C. Ward Jr., Hattiesburg; one daughter, Mrs. Harriet Ward Clifton, Houston, Texas; two brothers, Foster Luke and Leroy Luke, Bay St. Louis; one sister, Miss Ileana Luke, Bay St. Louis, and four grandchildren.
Friends may call Tuesday from 3 to 6 p.m. at the Edmond Fahey Funeral Home in Bay St. Louis. At 6 p.m., a prayer service will be conducted by the Rev. Louis Lohan of Our Lady of the Gulf Catholic Church.
The family prefers donations be made to the Diabetes Association.
