Freeman, Gerard J. - June 4, 1986
Gerard Jesse Freeman (Fremin), 69, of 202 Keller Ave., Bay St. Louis, died Saturday in Bay St. Louis.
Visitors may call tonight from 7 until 11 at Edmond Fahey Funeral Home in Bay St. Louis, where a rosary will be recited at 8. An 11 a.m. Mass will be celebrated Tuesday at Our Lady of the Gulf Catholic Church in Bay St. Louis, followed by burial in Gardens of Memory Cemetery in Bay St. Louis.
Mr. Freeman, a native of White Castle, La., was a retired contractor. He was a member of Our Lady of the Gulf Catholic Church, St. Stanislaus Sideline Club and the Knights of Columbus #1522, where he was a past grand knight.
Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Florence Luc Freeman of Bay St. Louis; five sons, Gerald E. Freeman of Biloxi, Robert B. Freeman of Dardanelle, Ark., Donald V. Freeman of Bay St. Louis, Dennis M. Freeman of Long Beach and Timothy E. Freeman of Waveland; two brothers, Kermin A. Fremin and Elmo S. Fremin, both of Gretna, La.; two sisters, Mrs. Vernice DeLuca of Gretna and Mrs. Nell Sagona of Harvey, La.; and six grandchildren.
