Young, Melvin Joseph - September 18, 2000
Melvin Joseph Young, 68, died Monday, Sept. 18, 2000, in Bay St. Louis.
Mr. Young was a native of New Orleans and a resident of Bay St. Louis. He was a member of Our Lady of the Gulf Catholic Church in Bay St. Louis and the National Rifle Association.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Herbert A. and Buelah Mequet Young; and a sister, Joyce Young Taylor.
Survivors include a brother, Herbert F. Young of Bay St. Louis.
A memorial service will be held at a later date. Edmond Fahey Funeral Home in Bay St. Louis is in charge of arrangements.
