Cochran, O'Neal - November 28, 1999
O'Neal Cochran, 72, of Bay St. Louis, died Sunday, Nov 28, 1999 in Bay St. Louis.
Mr. Cochran was a native of Waynesboro, Miss. and a long-time resident of Bay St. Louis. He was a member of Central Baptist Church in Bay St. Louis, the American Legion Post 139 and Lions Club, Bay St. Louis. He was a veteran of the U. S. Navy.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Gaarland and Rennie May Bunch Cockran.
Survivors include his wife, Martha Cochran of Bay St. Louis; three daughters, Mrs. Larry (Sherlyn) Breland, Mrs. Danny (Frances) Krankey and Ms. Peggy Thomas, all of Bay St. Louis; two brothers, Elvin Cochran of New Orleand and Garland C. Cochran Jr. Of Waynesboro; three sisters, Reudeen Freeman, Ruby Lee Lama, both of New Orleans, and Mildred Waites of Waynesboro; five grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
Visitation was Tuesday at Edmond Fahey Funeral Home in Bbay St. Louis, followed by services in the funeral home chapel. Interment was in Gardens of Memory Cemetery in Bay St. Louis.
