Bailey, John F. - May 15, 1999
John Franklin Bailey Jr., 75, of Waveland, died Saturday, May 15, 1999 in Bay St. Louis.
Mr. Bailey was a native of Pittsburgh and had been a longtime resident of Hancock County. He served in the U. S. Coast Guard during World War II and was a retired meteorologist.
He was preceded in death by his parents, John Franklin Bailey Sr. and Lillian Schmidt Bailey.
Survivors include his wife, Dolores Blaska Bailey of Waveland; a daughter, Nancy Tellett of Valhalla, NY; a sister, Elizabeth Bailey of Murrysville, Pa., and a grandchild.
A memorial service will be held at a later date. Edmond Fahey Funeral Home in Bay St. Louis is in charge of arrangements.
