Hough, Marshall J. Jr. - November 9, 1997
Marshall Joel Hough Jr., 56, of Pass christian, died Sunday, Nov 9, 1997, in Pass Christian.
Mr. Hough was born Sept 29, 1941 in Converse, La., and was an Army veteran of the Vietnam war where he received the Purple Heart and Distinguished Flying Cross. He was a fifth grade teacher at Hancck Elementary, and he was a Shriner.
He was preceded in death by his wife,Sudie P. Hough.
Survivors include a son, Marshall Joel Hough III of Baton Rouge; two daughters, Melody Kitchen of Baton Rouge and Virginia Varisco of Metairie, La. a stepdaughter, Shelly Slimp of Metairie; his parents, Marshall Joel Hough Sr. and Annie Laura Pass Hough; two brothers, Bill Hough and Tom Hough , all of Natchitoches, La.; two sisters, Gloria Conger of Dallas aned Bev DeSalvo of Temple, Texas; and four grandchildren.
Services were conducted Thursday at Edmond Fahey Funeral Home Chapel in Bay St. Louis. Burial was private.
