Jones, Robert - July 17, 1999
Robert Charles Jones, 77, of Bay St. Louis, died Saturday, July 17, 1999, in Bay St. Louis.
Mr. Jones was a nataive of Sringfield, Ill, and had been a resident of Bay St. Louis for the past nine years. He was a veteran of the Army, receiving the Victory Medal, Duropean Theater Ribbon and a Silver Star.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert L. and Thelma Davis Jones; and a daughter, Jill Jones.
Survivors include three sons, Terry Jones, Grey Jones and Toby Jones, all of Bay St. Louis; two daughters, Lynn Morris of Hattiesburg and Kim Jones of Wapato, Wash; two sisters, Sybil Alewelt of Tuscon, Ariz., and Carol Tout of Springfield; and 13 grandchildren.
A memorial service will be conducted at a later date.
Edmond Fahey Funeral Home in Bay St. Louis is in charge of arrangements.
