Moran, Agnel Louis - April 3, 1999
Agnel Louis Moran, 85, of the Fenton community died Saturday, April 3, 1999, in Picayune.
Mr. Moran had been a lifelong resident of Fenton and was a member of Annunciation Catholic Church in Kiln.
He was a preceded in death by his wife, Aline Garriga Moran; his parents, victor and Piola G. Moran; a brother, Ludger Moran; and a sister, Ernie Ory.
Survivors include a son, Agnel Louis Moran II of Fenton; nine daughters, Cleopatra Moran, Christine Curvin and Jerine Ladner, all of Fenton, Naomi Moran of Lakeshore, Jean Lee of Lee towntime, Madeline Moran of Chalmette, Lennette Necaise of Rocky Hill, Cheryl Thomas of Denham Springs, La., and Tanis Moran of Metairie; four sisters, Effie Garriga of Fenton, Ruby Dubuisson and Cleon Bean, both of Picayune, and Jewel Huch of Long Beach; 27 gandchiddren and 39 great-grandchildren.
Visitaion was Monday evening at Edmond Fahey Funeral Home in Bay St. Louis. Mass was celebrated Tuesday in Annunciation Catholic Church. Burial was in Rotten Bayou Cemetery.
