Morris, Helen - June 19, 1998
Mrs. Helen Morris, 81, of Waveland, died Friday, June 19, 1998, in Waveland.
She was born Jan 2, 1917 to the late Andrew S. and Bertha Seldon Mazerat in New Orleans. She was a member of St. Rose de Lima Catholic Church in Bay St. Louis where she was a member of the St. Rose Altar Society and a St. Rose lector. Mrs. Morris had been a resident of Waveland for the past 24 years.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Curtis S. Morris.
Survivors include three sons, Col Curtis S. Morris Jr., USAF Ret., Fairfax, Va., Col Samuel A. Morris, USMCR Ret., Irvine, Calif., and Ronald J. Morris of Silver Springs, Nev.; a brother, Andrew S. Mazerat of Bay St. Louis, and a sister, Maregaret Meggs of Waveland; and three grandchildren.
Visitation will be today, 10-11 a.m. in St. Rose de Lima Catholic Church in Bay St. Louis, followed by services and burial in St. Mary Cemetery in Bay St. Louis.
J. T. Hall Funeral Home in Gulfport is in charge of arrangements.
